Can I put iTunes movies on a USB stick for playback on my TV?

I'm wondering if there's any workaround to transfer my iTunes movies to a USB drive so that I can play them back on my TV as I don't own Apple TV? I have an 16GB USB stick and a MacBook Pro with the latest iTunes software. My home TV is a Sony Bravia Smart TV with a USB port. Any help will be highly appreciated. - discussions.apple.com.

It's easy to watch almost any movie saved on a USB stick on your home television if your TV has a USB port. All you need to do is plug the USB drive into the TV port and choose the specific movie you want to watch and then press Play. But if the videos you attempt to play are movies or TV episodes from Apple iTunes Store, things will become a little bit more complicated.

If you are familiar with Apple's ecosystem or the way they are doing their business, you should know iTunes movies and TV shows have DRM protection which restricts you play the protected videos with Apple's own devices or software. In order to play the DRM'd iTunes videos on any TV set, no matter Sony, Samsung, LG or other Smart TVs via a USB drive, you should follow the detailed solution we arranged for you as below.
