Apple finally took the wraps off the long-rumored iPhone 6 at its Fall Event hold on September 9, 2014. By announcing the 4.7'' big screen iPhone 6 and 5.5'' bigger screen iPhone 6 Plus, Apple has shown its rivals the determination to join the "Phablets" game. When talking about "Phablet", the 5.5'' iPhone 6 Plus seems to be large enough to be qualified. But is it mature enough especially when compared to the best Android superstars with similar large screen size, such as LG G3 and the recently-unveiled Samsung Galaxy Note 4? Instead of waiting for an in-depth review to see which one's the clear winner in terms of raw hardware power, we've made a paperwork to compare these three phablets one by one to help you get some hints in deciding which one is the best option for you. Now check the specs comparison below to see the specific differences of Apple iPhone 6 Plus, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and LG G3.

Conclusion

It's hard to predict which one would be the winner in the "Phablet War" and eventually dominate the market for each one has its strong points against others. For example, in the display department the 5.5″ size of iPhone 6 Plus is the same as the LG G3′s and in the same ballpark as the 5.7″ of the Galaxy Note 4. However, the iPhone 6 Plus features a 1080p resolution, whereas the G3 and Note 4 are boasting QHD screens. But in the design department, iPhone 6 Plus is the thinnest at 7.1mm which leaves its rivals behind.

For Android users who like to watch movies on your phablets, you should note that movies downloaded from iTunes are not able to be played normally on Galaxy Note 4 and LG G3 due to the DRM protection. In order to sync iTunes to Galaxy Note 4 or LG G3 to stream movies to the devices for watching, you have to get rid of the DRM first and then convert the iTunes DRM movies to unprotected video formats, like MP4 compatible with Galaxy Note 4, LG G3 and other Android phablets. In this case, you'll need a professional iTunes DRM video converter software, such as ViWizard iTunes Video Converter for Mac or ViWizard iTunes DRM Remover for Windows to get it done. See how to convert iTunes movies to Galaxy Note 4, LG G3, and other Android devices >>

Well, for iPhone 6 Plus users who like to rent movies from iTunes Store, you might be annoyed by the fact that the movie rentals are set to be expired within 30 days and 24 hours once you started to watch it. The good news is, with ViWizard iTunes DRM Remover, you are able to unlock the time limit from iTunes rented movies and TV shows by removing the DRM protection from those video files.
