ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer is a powerful tool that can directly download and convert Audible audiobooks to MP3, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, M4A, and M4B formats. It also allows you to edit audiobook metadata, split audiobooks into smaller parts, and play them on any media players and devices. The program works well on both Windows and Mac computers. You can follow the steps below to learn how to use ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer easily.
Part 1. Download and Activate ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer
Step 1Download and Install ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer
To get started, visit the official ViWizard website or download the installer for Windows or Mac directly from this guide page. Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts. The setup is quick and straightforward, and you'll be ready to launch the program within minutes.
Step 2Register ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer
You can try the program for free with some limitations — the trial version allows up to 100 tracks per day. To unlock unlimited transfers, purchase a license from the ViWizard website. Then open the software, click Register in the top-right corner, and enter your licensed email and registration code. Make sure there are no extra spaces.
Note: Both the email and registration code are case-sensitive, so double-check before submitting.

Part 2. Transfer Music from Source to Destination Service
Step 1Sign in to Source and Destination Accounts
From the main interface, you'll see a list of supported platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Deezer, and more. First, select the service you want to transfer from. A login window will appear. Sign in with your account to link it with ViWizard. Next, repeat the same process to sign in to the destination service where you want the playlists transferred.

Note: You can unlink accounts anytime from the Preferences menu. ViWizard does not store any personal information and fully respects your privacy.

Step 2Select Music to Transfer
Once both accounts are connected, click Start. You'll now have access to your full source library. From here, choose which playlists, albums, artists, or individual tracks you want to transfer. You can move everything at once or hand-pick specific items.

Step 3Move to Destination Playlist
When transferring albums or artists, ViWizard Music Playlist Transfer will automatically save them on the destination platform. For playlists and tracks, you can choose to move them to a matched playlist (for example, Favorite Tracks → Favorite Tracks) or to another existing playlist on the destination platform. Alternatively, you can create a brand-new playlist. Click the Edit icon next to the transfer task. In the Playlist Editing window, select New Playlist and rename or edit it, adding a description if desired, before confirming.

Tip: If creating a new one, open the Playlist Editing window, select New Playlist, and rename or edit it by adding a description before confirming.

Step 4Start Transfer
Click the Start Transfer button to begin moving your selections. The program will process each track in sequence, showing progress in real time. During the process, you can see which tracks are transferring, which are complete, and if any have failed. Failed transfers are clearly marked and can be retried.

Step 5Check Transfer History
When the transfer finishes, go to the History section to review past activity. You'll see which content was moved, where it was sent, and whether the transfer succeeded. You can also filter results by date using the calendar for easy navigation.

Step 6Verify on Destination Platform
Finally, open your destination music service to confirm the results. You can click the Folder icon next to a record in the history to preview the transferred playlists immediately, or check directly in the streaming app to ensure everything appears correctly.
