The installation is quick and straightforward—just follow the on-screen prompts, and you'll be up and running in minutes.
Step 2 Register ViWizard Streaming Audio Recorder
Before registering, you can use the free trial version, which only converts the first 30 seconds of each track. To unlock full functionality, purchase a license from the ViWizard website. Once you've made your purchase, open the program and click the Register button in the top-right corner. Enter the email and license key you received—be sure there are no extra spaces or typos.
Tip: Both the email and license key are case-sensitive, so double-check everything before confirming.

Part 2. Download and Convert Music from Any Streaming Service
In this guide, we'll take SoundCloud as an example to walk you through the process: selecting a streaming service, logging in, browsing for music, adjusting output settings (like format, bit rate, sample rate, and channels), and finally converting and locating your downloaded tracks.
Step 1 Customize Output Settings
Launch ViWizard Streaming Audio Recorder. Before getting started with the music selection and conversions, adjust how you'd like your files saved first. Click the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner and go to Preferences. Here, you can select your output format—MP3, FLAC, WAV, M4A, M4B, or AIFF. You can also fine-tune audio settings such as bit rate, sample rate, and audio channel, and choose the destination folder. When done, click OK to apply the changes.

Step 2 Select Your Streaming Service
Back to the main interface. When choosing the streaming service you want from the homepage, you'll see a list of all supported platforms—select SoundCloud in this case. The built-in web player will open inside the converter, where you can log in using your SoundCloud account. After signing in, you'll be able to access your music library, including albums and playlists.

Step 3 Browse and Select Music
Within the built-in player, browse for the music you want to convert. You can search by song title, album, artist, or playlist. If you already have a direct link to an album or playlist, paste it into the search bar to go straight there. Once you find what you need, open the album or playlist to view all the tracks.

Step 4 Add to Conversion List
When you're ready to convert, click the Add Music button (usually shown as a "+" icon) in the bottom-right corner. This will queue all selected tracks for conversion. You can review the list, remove any unwanted songs, or add more from other albums or playlists. Once everything looks good, click Add to List to confirm.

Step 5 Convert and Download SoundCloud Tracks
Click the Convert button to start the download and conversion. ViWizard will process each track according to your settings. You'll see a progress bar next to each song. If needed, you can remove tracks from the list using Remove or Remove All. You can also rename tracks or sort them by title, artist, or album for easier management.

Step 6 Find Your Converted Files
Once the conversion is complete, your files will be saved to the folder you selected earlier. Click the History icon to view all downloaded tracks. Then click the Open Folder icon to access the files directly. You can also search, sort, or preview your songs within the app. ViWizard features a built-in audio player with basic controls—play, pause, skip, and even speed adjustment.
