Once you've completed your order and payment for ViWizard, you'll receive the keycode for the software as soon as possible. Typically, the order confirmation and keycode email will be sent to your inbox within minutes after your purchase. However, sometimes these emails may end up in your spam folder. If you don't receive the keycode right away, please check there. You can also retrieve the license code by following the steps here, or reach out to our support team at support@viwizard.com for help.
ViWizard offers both monthly and lifetime licenses for specific platforms, which means you'll be able to upgrade your software for free within your license period, no matter what updates or changes are made. If you want to switch from Windows to Mac or vice versa, you can contact our support team to do so for free within one week of your purchase. After that, you'll need to buy a new license key for the other platform.
Refund Policy
ViWizard offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for lifetime license purchases and a 15-day Money Back Guarantee for monthly license purchases, based on our 'try-before-you-buy' system. Refund requests will only be processed under the following conditions. If your order goes beyond the refund period, we won't be able to offer a refund.
Unaccepted Circumstances
Refunds or exchanges generally won't be issued in the following situations:
- Your order has passed the 30-day (or 15-day) refund period.
- A refund request without a valid reason.
- A refund request for just part of a bundle.
- You changed your mind after placing an order.
- You purchased the "wrong" product, then bought the "right" one from another company.
- You asked for a refund due to technical issues but didn't provide any helpful details to our support team.
- You didn't get your license key but never reached out to us for assistance.
- A refund request due to price differences from different regions or sellers.
- You didn't fully understand the product functionality or compatibility because you didn't read the product description carefully before buying.
Accepted Circumstances
We'll refund you if your case falls under these conditions:
- You bought the wrong product and then purchased the correct one from ViWizard within 30 days (or 5 days). We'll refund the incorrect product.
- You were double charged due to a third-party payment platform issue.
- The product has major technical issues, and our support team is unable to offer a fix or workaround within a month.
Product Free Upgrade
All ViWizard products purchased from our website are free to upgrade. So once you buy a license, you can enjoy the product for life! If you need to use an older version of ViWizard, just reach out to our support team at support@viwizard.com, and we'll provide the download link.
