10 Easy Ways to Fix Apple Music Playing But No Sound

I've noticed that when I try to play music from my Apple Music app, there is no sound. It shows that songs are playing, but there is no sound. Other apps, like Spotify and Instagram, are working well. What should I do to repair it?

Solution 5: Disable Dolby Atmos

In some cases, enabling Dolby Atmos in Apple Music can cause compatibility issues that result in no sound or distorted audio. Disabling Dolby Atmos allows the audio to be streamed without the Dolby Atmos processing.

  1. Go to Apple Music > the More button > Settings.

  4. Tap on Dolby Atmos > Off.

  1. On iOS 12, or 13, go to Settings > Music > Volume Limit.
