Part 1. How to Find Audible Purchase History on Account Page

It's possible to view your full purchase history on Audible. All you need to do is to go to the Audible official website and sign in to your Audible account. Then you can follow these steps to check your Audible purchases on your Account page. Pick up your computer or mobile phone and you're ready to go.

On the Audible mobile site:

Step 1. On your mobile device, use a compatible web browser to enter "www.audible.com" in the Address bar. Hit Enter.

Step 2. Make sure you're signed in to your account.

Step 3. Tap the Menu button (3 horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of the page.

Step 4. Tap *YOURNAME/USERNAME*, and you'll be brought to the My Account section.

Step 6. When you're on the Purchase History, tap Refine.

Step 7. And you'll access the same Orders, Pre-orders, Memberships & Package Charges, Refund History. Or use the "Order placed in" drop-down menu to view your orders within 90/180/365 days or even a year ago as well.

On the Audible desktop site:

Step 1. On your computer, use a compatible web browser to go to the Audible desktop site.

Step 2. Make sure you're signed in to your account.

Step 3. Hover your mouse over "Hi, *YOURNAME/USERNAME*!" at the top of the page, then click the "Account Details" option from the drop-down menu.

Step 4. On the account page, click "Purchase History" on the left-hand side.

To view the types of your orders on Audible, use the "View" drop-down menu to select from your orders, membership & package charges, and refund history. To search for orders from a specific timeframe, use the "Orders placed in" drop-down menu to search for orders from a specific timeframe.

Part 2. How to Return Audible Purchases on Account Page

Once you reach your Audible purchase history page, you now have the option to return the book you no longer want. The Audible return policy is a fantastic service for Audible users as it allows you to take a change to have your money or credit back even if you've listened to it already. But there're some precautions you need to know before you start the return process.

While you don't need an Audible membership to purchase audiobook through either the Audible or Amazon web sites, an active membership is required to continue to the Audible purchases return process. For existing Audible members you'll also need to use the "Orders placed" in drop-down menu to check if the purchase is within 356 days so that you can return it. Once you request a return of your purchase, you'll be refunded using the same payment method you used to purchase that title. If you purchase that title by using the credits, you'll get credits back instead.

Step 1. When you're on your Purchase History page on the Audible mobile site, open the Order placed in drop-down menu and select Last 365 days.

Step 2. Tap Done in the upper right corner of the page.

Step 3. You should be able to view the titles you can return on Audible.

Step 4. Select the title by tapping on the cover of it. This will make the "Return this title" option appear.

Step 5. Tap the "Return this title" option.

Step 6. Tap Confirm.

On the Audible desktop site:

Step 1. Make sure you're on your Purchase History page on the Audible desktop site.

Step 2. Use the "Order places in" drop-down menu, then select Last 365 days to view the purchase that you can return.

Step 3. Click the "Return this title" option to the right of the purchase you want to return.

Step 4. Click Confirm to make the return on Audible. Now the title has been returned.

Part 3. How to Download Your Audible Purchases for Offline Backup

Step 1Add a selection of Audible downloads
